What is deleted right away

As soon as you confirm, we erase:

  • Your account profile: sign-in email, name and phone number.
  • Your saved travelers, including their passport details and dates of birth.
  • The devices registered for push notifications.
  • Your marketing consents (WhatsApp and SMS). You will not hear from us again.
  • Every active sign-in, on every device. Any code we sent you stops working.
This cannot be undone. If you sign in later with the same email, you get a brand-new, empty account.

What we keep, and why

Some records must stay on file even after the account is gone. They are detached from your account and no longer resolve to you as a person.

  • Booking and payment records (itinerary, ticket numbers, receipts, refunds and airline credits). We keep them because tax, accounting, refund and chargeback rules and seller-of-travel laws require it. You can still look up a trip with its booking reference and the email used at purchase.
  • Passenger identity details inside those bookings (date of birth, passport, Known Traveler and Redress numbers) are encrypted and automatically purged 90 days after the last flight of the trip. Deleting your account does not shorten that window, and a booking with an open refund is purged once the refund is settled. Passenger names and ticket numbers stay with the booking record.
  • Support conversations and audit entries linked to those bookings, so we can still handle a dispute or a complaint about a trip you paid for.

The full retention schedule is in our Privacy Policy
