Questions about transfers

Who are the drivers?
Local drivers and small fleets under a Jetvala agreement. Before a partner is listed we check their vehicle, license, insurance and references, and we ride with them ourselves in the cities we know best.
What if my flight is late?
The driver tracks your flight number. Waiting time is included in the fixed price; there is no meter running.
How do I pay?
The price is fixed at booking. Most partners take cash on the day; where a card link is available ops sends it after confirmation. We never ask you to pay a driver more than the confirmed price.
Is it safe in Haiti?
Our Haitian partners drive routes they know, in daylight for the long ones, and coordinate with your host. We will tell you honestly if a route should wait.
